The Hitching Post gives you your own personalised (and secure) wedding web site. You are in control of the wording and the pictures. You choose the design and colour theme you want. You may want to choose a theme that matches your wedding colour scheme. You are always in control of who sees your site.
Announcements
With little more than your names and the dates of your engagement or wedding your site is personalised to display beautiful announcement pages for your friends to see when they visit.
Organising
 Your wedding web site is your on-line organiser to manage your guest list, manage your gift list, create a contacts list for your chosen suppliers, manage a diary and an events planner. It is also your own on-line photo album. We have even supplied a table planner for seating arrangements at the reception and a budgeteer to help you control your finances.
Communications
Built-in features make emailing your friends and guests with updates, ideas or chat easy and time saving. There is also a private forum for couples to exchange views on topics that interest 'to-be-marrieds'.
Notice Board

If you are new to the Internet
If you are new to the internet it may appear daunting but if you have got this far you have all the skills you need. Follow the helps, revue the demonstration, take your time - it doesn't have to be done all at once - you can add to, update and edit your site throughout wedding planning at any time. If you get something wrong you can change it. There is nothing to 'break'!

 Your site is personal and private to you. No one can see it until you give them the password. We will never release this information. You can decide whether you want your names and wedding dates to appear in a list of forthcoming weddings so that your friends can find you but even then they cannot access your private site without emailing you for permission.
