Siloa is a Welsh Chapel in the centre of Aberdare, in Green Fach, Green Street, behind the town Library and surrounded by plenty of parking space.
The cause was established in 1844 and the chapel has been the spiritual home of hundreds of families over the years.
Although part of Undeb yr Annibynwyr Cymraeg people from various denominational traditions have settled in Siloa over the years.
Two things bind us together: our Christian faith and our desire to worship God through the medium of the Welsh language.
On Sundays a service is held at 10.30 am and a Sunday School for the children during the school term.
Although we are not a large church we are a friendly and close community, who endeavour together to maintain the Welsh Christian witness.
Come and see for yourself – you will be welcome.
